The most Important stats are the TowerDamage and the AttackRate. The Life is not that Important, because the Towers should only stand in places where they can't be hit. Here are some hints:
Best TowerWeapon is the Oculus of the GenieKing, from all Hero Weapons, it has the highest TowerStats.
Your Apprentice should have the following Stats: 175,500,115,300. High Damage and High AttackRate are the Keys for a good TowerApprentice.

As I though, thanks! Currently lv 70 and: 60 hero speed / 68 summon / 110 health tower / 355 attack tower / 50 radius / 210 rate, should I upgrade radius or health next levels?

you don't need the Health that much. 180 TowerLife is enough. Level up your Apprentice first to level 74 thats more important^^

Yes, in fact I tried the towers and they get attacked few times, also they don't possess any great life
